2. Merchant Rule Sovereignty & Rollbacks
Crosane guarantees merchant rule sovereignty: pinned hero items, inventory curves, and merchant exclusion rules override automated ranking algorithms. Merchants retain full rights to revert traffic to incumbent search infrastructure instantly without contractual penalty.
3. Enterprise Inquiries & Consultations
Submission of an evaluation request through crosane.com initiates a technical compatibility evaluation and does not constitute a binding commitment until a formal Pilot Agreement is executed.
